Grace Society is established as a Sovereign Body-Politic that operates with its own Private Jurisdiction and Law Form that is separate and superior to the Public Domain.

Our private society is formed its own judicial forum and tribunal known as the Natural Justice Alliance (justice). The justice functions to uphold and protect the Sovereign integrity of our society and its members, and preserves our supreme Authority to govern and direct our lives as we so collectively determine.

The Natural Justice Alliance is a fair and balanced judicial system that protects our unalienable ‘Rights to Life’, from any person or entity that attempts to trespass against our Free-Will, Liberty, Freedom of Expression and Choice.

Our Justice convenes on terms of the Law of Equity, and the Maxims of Exclusive Equity. Equity is where all Laws are adjudicated by doing what is fair and right for ALL concerned. Equity exposes and corrects unjust situations. Equity is utilised to address losses and injuries that have occurred by mistake, accident, or fraud. Equity delivers justice owing from misfortune and oversight. Equity shall always provide a remedy to right a wrong. Equity shall always preserve and protect the beneficial interests and equitable rights of our Society and its members.

Each member of Grace Society is able to convene a Sovereign Tribunal to deal with ALL lawful or legal matters and disputes that may arise from the Public Domain, or indeed from within our own Society. All Sovereign Tribunals are adjudicated amongst our honourable peers, and whereby all hearings and proceedings will honour the ‘Due Process of Law’ and ‘Equal Protection in Law’.
